American Express Two-Part Mailer
American Express was in need to increase their sales representatives’ abilities to attain meetings with potential new corporate clients. They wanted to find a solution that was engaging while sparking the interest of executive-level prospects, the most difficult level of client with which to have a face-to-face meeting. Progressive Promotions tapped into its creativity and branding strengths and provided American Express with a solution that not only met their needs but that also exceeded their expectations in results. We devised a two-part mailer that included an American Express remote control car, which was sent to prospects with collateral material. Sales representatives then followed-up the mailing with phone calls to set up appointments, at which point they would provide prospects with the second part of the solution, a remote control for that particular vehicle. As a result, American Express experienced a sizeable return by surprising prospects with a very creative approach, which led to an 11% rise in new accounts.
